Naval Wars Skill Game

Naval Wars Rules and procedures
Five battle boats of differing size are located on the 8 x 8 square grid. The objective of the game is to destroy these ships with the smallest number of bombs possible. Each ship will take up a different amount of space on the grid from 6 squares to 2 squares. A ship must be hit on each grid square that it occupies in order to be destroyed. Players have 3 minutes and unlimited bombs to destroy all 5 boats. The fewer number of misses recorded, the higher you score. Players start with a score of 100. Everytime a bomb is dropped and a boat is missed, the score will drop by one. If you drop a bomb and it hits a target, the score will not alter.
To drop a bomb, simply move the cursor to the required grid square and click your mouse. If you have hit part of a ship, the grid square will become red. If you miss, the square will turn black. Once you have hit all the required grid points, the destroyed boat will appear. Destroy all five boats and the game is over.

Word Mojo Skill Game

Game Goal :
The Goalof the Game is to move letter tiles to the grid to form intersecting words
Game Rules :
Each game will consist of 6 sets of 7 letters, which appear in the letter bin at the bottom of the screen. Use them to form English words in the grid. Words must be at least 3 letters, but not more than 6 letters. Proper nouns and abbreviations are not permitted. It is okay to make the same word more than once. Your first word can be placed anywhere in the grid.
Thereafter, additional words must intersect existing words in the grid. All tiles placed must form valid words both horizontally and vertically. Letters cannot be placed on top of other letters. When you place a letter tile on the grid, any word formed will be checked against the dictionary. If you create a valid word, the letters of that word will flash, and your score will go up accordingly.
Until you press the Submit button, any letters that are part of the current set of letters can be moved around the grid or taken off the grid. When you press the Submit button:
- Any letters remaining in your letter bin will be removed.
- Any letters you have placed in the grid which do not form valid words will be removed.
- The rest of the letters from that set will be locked into place.
- Any letters from the set which have been placed on the special color squares will be added to the group of letters to the left of the grid, and used during the Mega Mojo bonus round.
Game Scoring :
Each letter has a value between 10 and 50 points:
10 Points - A, E, I, O, U
20 Points - D, L, N, R, S, T
30 Points - C, F, G, H, M, P
40 Points - B, K, V, W, Y
50 Points - J, Q, X, Z
When you create a valid word, you get the sum of the point values of all the letters in that word. For example, if you created the word “HEAR”, you’d get 30+10+10+20, or 70 points.
During the Mega Mojo bonus round, you can get a bonus added to your score. This bonus is the sum of the points in your Mega Mojo word, times a multiplier based on the length of that word:
3-letter words - no multiplier
4-letter words - letter values times 2
5-letter words - letter values times 3
6-letter words - letter values times 4

Chuzzle Skill Game

Game Rules
Chuzzle is the hottest new, incredibly fun, incredibly exciting, and incredibly addictive. It is one of the newest game in our website.
Click and drag like-colored Chuzzles to match at least 3 in a row or a column and make them disappear! The more Chuzzles you match at one time, the higher your score.
Game Scoring
A match requires at least 3 Chuzzles. The first three Chuzzles are worth 10 points each, so a basic match of 3 scores 30 total points. Each Chuzzle beyond 3 is worth 30 points. Therefore, a basic match of 4 scores 60 total, 5 scores 90 total, etc. Each level adds 10 points to this total score (not per Chuzzle). Matching 3 on level 2 scores 40, matching 4 scores 70, etc. Matching 3 on level 3 scores 50, matching 4 scores 80, etc.
A big Chuzzle scores 40 instead of 10 because it occupies 4 squares. For all purposes, however, it counts as one Chuzzle.
Chain reactions add multipliers to the basic match score. The second match scores its base score x2, the third x3, etc. When a Bomb Chuzzle is matched it destroys the Chuzzles around it, scoring a bonus of 200.
Matching a Locked Chuzzle scores a bonus of 100. If multiple locks are matching in one move, the extra locks have multipliers. The second adds 200, the third adds 300, etc.
Finish a level by collecting the required number of Chuzzles in the bottle on the left.
Gamer Hints

Skillgammon Skill Game

Skillgammon Game Object
It’s a skill-based version of one of oldest and best-loved games in the world. Choose from up to five different dice rolls as you strategize your way to victory. The main Object of the game is to remove your red pieces from the board before your computer-controlled opponent removes the white pieces.
Game Rules
Skillgammon is a more strategic, skill-oriented version of backgammon. You will be playing red, and a computer-controlled opponent will be playing white. Instead of rolling dice, you will be selecting from up to five different possible dice rolls.
At the beginning of your turn, chose one of the dice rolls displayed in the “Available Rolls” box.
When there is only one roll left in this box, five more rolls will appear in the “Coming Next” box. After that final roll is used, these five rolls will move into the “Available Rolls” box and become available to you and the computer-controlled player.
Game Scoring
coring is based on three things: pips, bearing off, and time. The game starts with 1000 points by default : Then —
Whenever you reduce your pips, your score is increased by that amount.
Whenever your opponent’s pips decreases, your score is decreased by that amount.
Whenever you bear off a piece, your score goes up by 25 points.
Whenever your opponent bears off a piece, your score goes down by 25 points.
At the end of the game, you receive a time bonus based on the following formula:
Time Bonus = ( Time Remaining * 800 ) / Time Limit
Game Strategy
Try to form as many blocks as possible. This will limit your opponent’s choices. The most valuable place to form blocks are in your home court.
Avoid leaving blots (single vulnerable pieces), especially the closer they get to your home court, where being knocked off will lose you a lot of pips.
Look ahead to the other available rolls. Sometimes you can make moves which would be too risky in regular backgammon, but which are safe in Skillgammon because no upcoming roll will result in your being knocked to the bar.
If you find yourself well behind, try to keep pieces in your opponent’s home court as long as possible, in order to keep open as long as possible the possibility of knocking your opponent’s pieces to the bar.

HexTwist Skill Game

Hextwist Rules
Click your brain cells into gear for this mind-bending matching game! Connect three or more hexes of the same color to clear them from the game board and score BIG
Game Rules :
The game begins with a full screen of randomly-placed hexagons. Click any cluster of three hexagons to rotate them. If, during the course of the cluster’s 360-degree rotation, any of the hexagons touch two or more matching hexagons on two sides, the newly-matched cluster will disappear from the board. Points are awarded based on how many total clusters, Star Hexes, and Gold Stars are cleared. But whatever you do, keep an eye out for…THE BOMB! When it shows up you only have nine moves to clear it from the board or it’s game over! If you clear a bomb with a Star Hex, all hexes on the game board of the same color disappear! For every Hex Flower created (6 hexes cleared) a Gold Star appears. These Gold Stars can rotate every piece they are touching, so use them to boost your score.
Game Scoring :
Scoring is based on the size of the clusters cleared, the total number of clusters cleared and the number of bonus pieces cleared.
Clusters are worth a base amount of points, based on their size:
3 hex cluster = 5 points
4 hex cluster = 10 points
5 hex cluster = 15 points
6 hex cluster (a “Hex Flower”) = 100 points
Once the base for the cluster is determined, it is multiplied by the current level. For example, a cluster of three hexes on level two is worth a base of 10 points while a Hex Flower cleared on level three is worth 300 points.
Clearing multiple hex clusters in one turn adds a bonus multiplier to each cluster, equal to the number of clusters cleared. For example, clearing two clusters of three on level one results in a formula of (5+5)*4 = 40 points, where each cluster added a multiplier of 2. An additional bonus per cluster is also calculated, based on the total number of Star Hexes cleared in each cluster. Each Star Hex in a single cluster adds a multiplier of two to that cluster only. So, if a single cluster of three hexes on level one is cleared and two of the hexes are Star Hexes, a total of 20 points will be awarded
